Since its beginnings in The CUP 2016, the Tournament takes place at the end of August where 8 top level teams compete in two groups of 4 that fight to lift a trophy that generates excitement and an unforgettable memory. The CUP Values:

– Academic Training: Capitalised by the Johan Cruyff Institute. From the first edition to the present day we provide scholarships to players and participating Clubs for studies related to the world of sport.

– Teamwork: At The CUP we believe in cooperation and solidarity in football to achieve common goals.

– Fair Play: In sport it is a value that promotes fair play, mutual respect and sportsmanship, encouraging honesty, loyalty and fairness both on and off the field.

– Humility: This is manifested by recognising one’s own successes with balance and respect for others, remembering that the game is an opportunity to grow and learn.

The Cup Football is a Youth Football Tournament televised live on more than one television channel, such as: Esport3 (TV3), Movistar, Real Madrid TV, Barça TV and international Cypriot and Japanese channels.

The 19 teams that have participated in the 7 editions have been: Athletic Club, At. Madrid, Cádiz CF, FC Badalona, FC Andorra, FC Barcelona, Girona FC, Pafos FC, RCD Espanyol, Real Betis, Real Madrid, Real Sociedad, Real Zaragoza, Sagan Tosu, Valencia CF and Villareal CF.

The host teams: At. C. Sant Pol, AEC Manlleu and Aqua Hotel FC.
